We do not host files

BeatzHive does not host, store or distribute any copyrighted audio or video files. Our articles are original editorial commentary, and music is presented through official, licensed embeds (for example, YouTube and Audiomack players) served directly by those platforms and their rights holders. We do not provide downloads of copyrighted material.

Filing a copyright (DMCA) notice

If you believe content on this Site infringes a copyright you own or represent, please send a written notice to contact@beatzhive.com that includes the following (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with the exact URL(s) on this Site.
  4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number and email).

Counter-notice & repeat infringers

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address. We also reserve the right to remove content and, in appropriate circumstances, to restrict access for users who are repeat infringers.
