In her video, Olunloyo said the update came to her on July 4 from a source she described as “trusted” and “very reliable,” alleging that medical personnel were weighing a double amputation because of the severity of his injuries.

“Sam Larry is in a very critical condition and he may have to be amputated, both legs,” she stated. She stressed, however, that she had received no confirmation that any such procedure had actually taken place and was still awaiting word from her source.

Olunloyo further claimed the promoter suffered severe head injuries and a broken neck in the crash, and alleged that he was the sole survivor, with the other occupants of the vehicle reportedly losing their lives. She also drew a personal parallel to the late singer Mohbad, recalling the widely shared image of him in a wheelchair after an alleged assault, and saying she feared Sam Larry could face a similar fate if the amputation goes ahead.
